These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of rialess.us, including its content, features, accounts, checkout, and purchases from Rialess (“Rialess,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Section 1 – Access and Account

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live to place an order. Information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe an account has been used without authorization. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, or Rialess.

Section 2 – Our Products

Rialess sells women’s leather jackets to customers in the United States. We make reasonable efforts to present product photographs, colors, materials, dimensions, sizes, and other specifications accurately. Screen settings, lighting, photography, and the natural grain, shade, or texture of leather can cause reasonable variation. Availability and quantities may change without notice, and we may limit sales where permitted by law.

Section 3 – Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement only confirms receipt and does not require us to accept the order. We accept an order when payment is confirmed and we issue an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing or product-information error, payment failure, inability to verify information, suspected fraud, or a legal restriction. If we cancel after capturing payment, we will refund the captured amount to the original payment method.

Section 4 – Prices and Billing

Prices are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). The final total, including any applicable sales tax, is shown before you submit the order. Standard U.S. shipping is free. Payments are processed through PayPal, including PayPal guest card checkout where available. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

We ship only within the United States. Current handling times, transit estimates, carriers, tracking information, and delay procedures appear in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We will maintain a reasonable basis for any shipping representation. If we cannot ship within the time stated, or within the period required by applicable law when no time is stated, we will give any required delay notice and offer the cancellation or refund options required by law.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise identified, original website text, photographs, graphics, logos, layouts, and other content are owned by Rialess or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
